Justin McDermott

 

I have owned and operated RSD Motorsports since spring of 2014.

​

I grew up in Oxford, NY then moved to Sherburne, NY in High school.

​

After high school I attended SUNY Cobleskill receiving my degree in Graphic Design.

​

After college I worked for Vantine Imaging traveling the country taking portraits of fraternity and sorority members. After 2 years I transitioned over to the sales side. I continued to travel the country for another 8 years.

​

The opportunity arose to take over one of the family businesses and I jumped on it.

​

After 10 years of being away from home for 7+ months out of the year I decided to stay home and also work for another of the family businesses.

​

In June of 2016 with help of my dad I bought my first rollback and added towing to the business.

​

That same year I decided to buy my first vinyl cutter and put my degree to work. Within the first 2 years I was able to add signs and lettering to my business capabilities as well.

​

In 2018 I added dye sublimation to the list of offerings. Custom coffee mugs, drink containers, koozies, etc.

​

In 2021 I jumped in feet first and upgrade my vinyl equipment in a big way. I purchased a wide format vinyl printer, laminator and cutter.
